Sunday Bathroom Reading....the late late late late inaugural edition.

I'll recap the Vancouver and Dallas games tomorrow when I get some time after work. I need to get my ass in gear here, I read guys like Hockey Wilderness and they put my half-assed blog to shame with their Wild coverage. Maybe its just apathy for a rocky season start so far.

Shouldn't that make for more Cannon Fodder?

Anyways, here's a "feature" (which I use the term very very loosely) that I want to introduce to the blog; every Sunday many of the respected (well, some of them) hockey columnists around the States and Canada do big Mike Russo-Sunday Insider-type columns, with all sorts of heresay, gossip, scuttlebutt, innuendo, and opinion on goings-on around the league. Many are linked to Kukla's Korner (thee premier hockey news aggregate on the web) and Illegal Curve (also very respected, and they offer some other things that Kukla's doesn't) and make for a fun read.

So I'm gonna dove tail off them and post some of the Columnists that I read on Sunday Mornings...and with the miracle of WiFi, you too can read them in the bathroom.

-Steve Simmons, Toronto Sun
-Larry Brooks, New York Post
-Jim Matheson, Edmonton Journal/Faceoff.Com
-Eric Duhatschek, Globe And Mail

And finally...Elliotte Friedman writes a blog for CBC Sports, and he's got a doozy on just how fucked up the NHLPA is right now. Definitely worth the time to read this, which is an enlightening to say the least.
